Sometimes negative emotions arise and get the best of us. It is difficult to deal with them, but they are part of our emotions that we can't get rid of. One great approach is to know how to work with negative emotions and how to self-regulate.
Solutions
Some solutions I've found: meditate, journal, breathe, music, and laughter.
Meditate

Framework for tackling a problem
1) Identify the problem. Journal everything about
2) Know what the problem is. Know when the issue arises happens.
3) Develop a gameplan to fix it
4) Apply your solution whenever the issue arises again
