## Recipe Steps

1. Take out the meat to get to room temperature before cooking
2. First prepare all the produce, wash, chop into whichever shape (long strips, bite size chunks, or anything else)
   1. Chop: Onions, garlic, Zucchini, Squash
3. Turn on the stove and let the pan get hot
4. Once pan is hot, put butter or olive oil in
5. Let the fats get hot
6. Put the meat into the pan away from you (so oil doesn't splash on you)
7. Add onions and garlic on the side of the meat
8. After a few minutes, turn the meat to the other side
9. Be patient, let the meat cook on its own
   1. Feel free to squeeze more citrus juice on top of the meat or pour the juices from the marinade over the cooking meat
10. If the meat is like a new york steak, cook on it's side with fat for a minute
11. Add butter and baste the meat (with a spoon, pour the melted butter on top of the meat as it cooks)
12. When ready, take the meat out and let it sit on a cutting board, do not cut immediately
13. With all the flavor still in the pan, pour the produce in to absorb all the juices and fats left behind
    1. The produce might release alot of water and make them soggy. In this case, pour the veggies into a bowl and then scoop them out leaving excess water/oils in the bowl and not in the pan
    2. This will allow you to char up the veggies and have less soggy soft bite and more of a crunch-like bite
14. Season the produce after the cooking with salt and pepper
15. Place the cooked produce into a plate and serve/enjoy
16. Serve with some slices of avocado
